CHAPTERS IN ACTION
The Tennessee Lambda Chapter of Pi Gamma Mu at Cumberland University held its spring induction ceremony in conjunction with the induction for new members of Phi Alpha Theta, the history honor society. The five new members of inducted into Phi Alpha Theta were also inducted into Pi Gamma Mu. Dr. Tara Mitchell Mielnik, Assistant Professor of History and Public History and the Program Director of the Associate of Arts in History program at Cumberland, is the faculty sponsor of the chapter.

The Nebraska Delta Chapter at Wayne State College participated in Pi Gamma Mu's National Service Project and donated $100 to Haven House, the local domestic violence shelter in Wayne, Nebraska. Dr. Randy Bertolas, Professor of Geography and Chair, and Dr. Jean Karlen, Professor Emeritus of Sociology, are the faculty sponsors of the chapter.
